1959 Ford Zephyr MK2. RHD Import from south Africa with all tax and duty paid. NOVA declaration has been done. We will complete all the paperwork for the new owner to register the vehicle. Very sold old car which starts runs and drives but will need a light restoration.

 

Body - 1959 Mk2 Zephyr. It looks all original underneath and very solid. Original inner wings, strut tops, sills, pillars, floors. The main bits that will require work are the door bottoms. Paintwork is well worn and would need redoing. Missing side trims are in the boot but are a bit bent and buckled. 

 

Interior - Looks like its been retrimmed at some point. Fairly tidy apart from one rip on drivers side of front seat as shown in the pictures.

 

Mechanics - Engine starts and runs and sounds very good. Not been used for a while so will need a basic service as a minimum and a good checkover before being used. 

 

Wheels - standard steels with chrome hubcaps and trim rings. Tyres look old and will need replaced

 

Good solid shell and a fairly easy restoration. Please feel free to come and see the car. We have a ramp so you can look underneath. Delivery can be arranged if required. please ask for a quote.
