1967 Ford Cortina 1500 GT 2 Door in outstanding condition. We are told that the 1500 GT was only made for a very short time before they changed to the 1600 so this is  a very rare car indeed. Its in its original colour of Saluki Bronze and is one of the nicest we have seen for a long time. It doesnt appear to have been welded underneath and structurally the car is superb. We dont have a lot of history paperwork with the car but have the up to date V5 and keys here. Its on the button and ready to go.

 

Body - Early type Mk2 Cortina GT shell. Has the tramp bars underneath and correct early umbrella handbrake. No signs of any welding done or needed. If anything has been done its a top job. Paintwork is lovely in its original colour of Saluki Bronze. Paintwork has been redone at some stage. Car looks stunning.  Has had quarter bumpers fitted

 

Mechanics - 1500 GT Pre Crossflow engine with all standard GT running gear. Car starts runs and drives very well. Engine is quiet. Gearbox brakes and clutch are all good. Needs nothing doing.

 

Interior - All standard GT interior which is immaculate and everything works.

 

Wheels - Lotus steels with good tyres.
